Das Sanitary, oder das Gebäude des ehemaligen Textilunternehmens 'Sanitary Underwear Company Société Anonyme', ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude im Zentrum von Zottegem in der belgischen Provinz Ostflandern. Die 'Sanitary Underwear Company' wurde 1909 von Joseph Schockaert gegründet. Die Unternehmensgebäude wurden mitfinanziert von der Familie Schockaert, dem Londoner Strickwaren-Großhändler 'Downing Ltd', der Lütticher Familie Baar-Lechartier, dem Zottegemser Brauer De Wilde und der Holzhandel-Familie Van Steenberge. Ingenieur Herbert De Puysseleyr entwarf die Pläne für das Fabrikgelände. De Puysseleyr ließ zudem zusammen mit seiner Frau Berthe Schockaert die 'Villa Puysseleyr' nach Plänen des Architekten Oscar Van de Voorde an der Meerlaan bauen, ganz in der Nähe des Sanitary-Komplexes.
