L'edificio Sanitary, ovvero l'edificio dell'ex azienda tessile 'Sanitary Underwear Company Société Anonyme', è un immobile con status di patrimonio in centro a Zottegem, nella provincia belga di Oost-Vlaanderen. La 'Sanitary Underwear Company' fu fondata nel 1909 da Joseph Schockaert. Gli edifici aziendali furono cofinanziati dalla famiglia Schockaert, dal grossista londinese di maglieria 'Downing Ltd', dalla famiglia di Liegi Baar-Lechartier, dal birrificio di Zottegem De Wilde e dalla famiglia di commercianti di legname Van Steenberge. L'ingegnere Herbert De Puysseleyr disegnò i piani per il complesso industriale. De Puysseleyr fece inoltre costruire insieme alla moglie Berthe Schockaert la 'Villa Puysseleyr' secondo i progetti dell'architetto Oscar Van de Voorde sulla Meerlaan, vicino al complesso Sanitary.
