Die Dritte Flandernschlacht im Ersten Weltkrieg war ein Versuch der Alliierten an der Westfront, einen Durchbruch im Raum Ypern zu erzielen, daher auch der Name Dritte Ypernschlacht. Sie begann am 31. Juli 1917 und endete am 6. November 1917 mit der Eroberung des Dorfes Passendale . Die Auseinandersetzung, eine der herausragenden Materialschlachten des Ersten Weltkriegs, wird zu den vier Flandernschlachten gezählt.
