Das Gelmelslot oder Schloss von Hoogstraten ist ein Schlossgebäude in der belgischen Stadt Hoogstraten, das als penitentiäres Schulzentrum dient. Laut den Legenden errichtete im 9. Jahrhundert der Normanne Gelmel einen hölzernen Burgturm mit einem Graben darum herum. Rund um das 12. Jahrhundert wurde dieser hölzerne Turm zu einem Steinschloss umgebaut. Jan IV. von Cuijk baute das Schloss im gotischen Stil in der ersten Hälfte des 15. Jahrhunderts um. Nach der Vererbung gelangte das Schloss und das Land von Hoogstraten in den Besitz der Familien Van Culemborg und Van Lalaing.
