Oostmalle ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Antwerpen und eine Teilgemeinde von Malle. Oostmalle war eine selbständige Gemeinde bis zur Gemeinde-Neugliederung von 1977. Oostmalle verdankt seinen Namen seiner Entstehung als Weiler östlich von Malle. Im Jahr 1194 erhielt Oostmalle eine eigene Pfarrei, die jedoch weiterhin von der St.-Martinus-Pfarrei von Malle abhängig blieb. Malle gehörte zu dieser Zeit zum Grafenamt Toxandrië.
