Oostmalle è un comune nella provincia belga di Anversa ed è una frazione di Malle. Oostmalle era un comune autonomo fino alla riorganizzazione comunale del 1977. Oostmalle prende il nome dalla sua origine come villaggio a est di Malle. Nel 1194 Oostmalle ottenne una propria parrocchia che rimase comunque sotto la dipendenza della parrocchia di San Martino di Malle. All'epoca, Malle apparteneva alla contea di Toxandria.
