Entdecken Sie diesen 15 ha großen Mischwald in Hoogstraten! Hier finden Sie Buche, Birke, Kiefer und Sommer-Eiche. Mit etwas Glück können Sie im Wald auch Rehe beobachten. Durch das Gebiet verläuft ein tiefes Grabensystem mit breiten Wanderwegen. Wanderer und Radfahrer sind jederzeit willkommen, die markierten Wege zu erkunden.
Rolle der Kempens Landschaft
Dieses private Waldgebiet war unter Druck, da es Pläne gab, es in einen Golfplatz zu verwandeln. Unsere Organisation hat daher 2003 den Wald gekauft, um die Blauen Wälder zu retten. Für die Pflege können wir auf die Waldgruppe Noorderkempen zählen.
