Diese kreuzförmige Kapelle befindet sich an der Bergstraat, nicht weit vom Poelberg entfernt. Es wurde 2005 gebaut . In der Nische befindet sich ein Bild der Heiligen Familie.
Es ist als Kulturerbe gelistet.
Der Poelberg ist ein 45 Meter hoher Hügel.
Trotz seiner geringen Höhe hat der Poelberg am Sonntag schon viele Radler überrascht , denn die knapp 300 Höhenmeter Steigung hat einen überraschend steilen Anteil von durchschnittlich 7,3 % und der steilste Teil übersteigt 10 %. Insgesamt werden 22 Höhenmeter überwunden.
