Die CBR Lixhe ist ein großes Zementwerk in der belgischen Provinz Lüttich in der Gemeinde Wezet. Die Fabrik liegt nordwestlich von Lüttich und nordöstlich von Lontzen. Westlich der Fabrik steigt die Berghang des Haspengouw-Plateaus steil an und liegt die Côte de Hallembaye. Die Fabrik befindet sich im Tal der Maas am Albertkanal, wo die Fabrik einen eigenen Hafen hat. Die Fabrik besteht aus einer Zementfabrik und einer Mühle.
