In der Vergangenheit, bevor der Pont de Cordemois gebaut wurde, überquerten die Bewohner und Touristen von Bouillon die Semois an der Poulie-Furt mit dem Flachbodenboot.
Die Pont de la Poulie , auch Pont de Cordemois genannt, wurde 1930 erbaut.
Vor der Brücke befindet sich ein Gebäude, der alte Wachposten „La Poulie“, der später als „maison du passeur“ genutzt wurde: das Wachhaus des Skippers, der die Überfahrt machte.
Das Boot ist ein Geschenk der 'Passeurs de Chiny'.
