Dieses Haus erscheint auf dem Stadtplan von 1708 als " Palast des Prinzen " und 1750 als " Casa de la Moneda" .
Es ist eines der ältesten Häuser der Stadt. Heute ist es vor allem als „ Maison Ozeray “ bekannt. Diese bedeutende Familie lebte seit dem 19. Jahrhundert in diesem Haus. Seit Generationen waren sie politisch und literarisch bekannt. Michel-Jean-François Ozeray schrieb dort 1827 die erste Zusammenfassung der Geschichte des Herzogtums Bouillon. Hier wurde auch die Bühnenschauspielerin Madeleine Ozeray (1908-1989), bekannt als Louis Jouvets Beraterin, als Interpretin von Ondine geboren van Giraudoux vor dem Krieg. Dieses von einem wunderschönen Park umgebene Haus steht seit 1974 unter Denkmalschutz.
