Esta casa aparece en el mapa de la ciudad como " Palacio del Príncipe " en 1708 y como " Casa de la Moneda" en 1750.
Es una de las casas más antiguas de la ciudad. Hoy se la conoce principalmente como " Maison Ozeray ". Esta destacada familia había vivido en esta casa desde el siglo XIX. Durante generaciones han sido conocidos política y literariamente. Michel-Jean-François Ozeray escribió allí el primer resumen de la historia del Ducado de Bouillon en 1827. También fue aquí donde la actriz Madeleine Ozeray (1908-1989), conocida como asesora de Louis Jouvet, intérprete de Ondine, fue nacido van Giraudoux antes de la guerra. Rodeada por un magnífico parque, esta casa está catalogada como monumento histórico desde 1974.
