La Croix de Corumont liegt an einer wichtigen Kreuzung auf 360 m Höhe in La Roche.

Dieser Ort erwähnt auch das Kreuz von Georges Nollomont, der 1654 von den Soldaten Ludwigs XIV. getötet wurde. Es ist nicht klar, ob dies dasselbe Kreuz ist, aber kein anderes Kreuz ist sichtbar.

Wenn es kein Kreuz zur Erinnerung an jemanden ist, wird es als Feldkreuz bezeichnet. Da die Christusfigur hier ihren Kopf nicht auf die rechte , sondern auf die linke Schulter legt, sprechen wir von einem falschen geliebten Herrn.
