Wichtige Dropzone der geheimen Armee während des Zweiten Weltkriegs.
Im Jahr 1944 nahmen die Einwohner der Dörfer Bonsin und Umgebung am Widerstand in Belgien teil. Zwischen April und September 1944 wurden hier nachts Munition und Männer für die geheime Armee abgeworfen. Ein Denkmal wurde 1946 errichtet, um den Menschen zu gedenken, die für unsere Freiheit gekämpft haben. Eine jährliche Militärzeremonie findet im September statt.
