Vincent Henrion hat eine Leidenschaft für Ziegen. Ursprünglich hatte dieser Landschaftsarchitekt nicht vor, Ziegenbauer zu werden. Bis er plötzlich von dem Virus befallen wurde, Bauer zu werden. Er ist der stolze Besitzer einer Herde von etwa dreißig Alpenziegen. Im Sommer grasen sie auf den Wiesen des grünen Grases. Im Winter werden sie mit selbstproduziertem Futter versorgt. Vincent melkt die Ziegen täglich und macht daraus köstlichen biologischen Käse.
