Die barrierefreie Kempenroute umfasst 96 km und ist fast vollständig flach. Die Strecke verläuft zwischen Antwerpen und Mol über den Ikonen-Radweg „Kempenroute“ und ist auch für weniger mobile Radfahrer zugänglich. Die Wege sind ausreichend breit für Fahrräder mit Sonderabmessungen, Lastenfahrräder oder Fahrräder mit einem Fahrradanhänger. Die Route ist in beiden Fahrtrichtungen vollständig ausgeschildert.
