Brock University ist eine relativ junge und stark wachsende Universität im Süden von St. Catharines, Ontario, in Kanada. Die meisten Studenten sind undergraduates (ersten 4 Studienjahre mit Bachelor-Abschluss), aber es gibt auch ein Graduierten-Programm (zweites Universitätsstudium mit Master-Abschluss). Gründungsdatum ist 1964, ein Zeitraum vieler Gründungen in Kanada. Starkes Wachstum und gute Reputation der Ausbildung zeichnen die mittelgroße Uni aus. Zusätzlich zu älteren Gebäuden, wie dem Mackenzie Crown Complex, gibt es eine rege Bautätigkeit. Heute studieren hier etwa 16.000 Studenten. Über 70 % davon kommen von auswärts (nicht aus der Region Niagara).
