Der Bahnhof Lausanne-Flon ist ein unterirdischer Kopfbahnhof der Chemin de fer Lausanne-Echallens-Bercher im Stadtzentrum der waadtländischen Hauptstadt Lausanne, bei der Place de Flon gelegen. Zudem ist er Ausgangspunkt der Linie m1 der Métro Lausanne nach Renens sowie Haltepunkt der m2, der einzigen U-Bahn-Linie der Schweiz.
Flon war bereits seit 1877 Ausgangspunkt der 2006 für die Metro eingestellten Zahnradbahn Lausanne–Ouchy gewesen, die Flon mit dem SBB-Bahnhof und dem Stadtteil Ouchy am Genfersee verband. Zwischen Flon und Gare CFF betrieb die LO neben dem Ouchy-Gleis parallel ein zweites Gleis, auf dem ein Pendelverkehr stattfand.
