Die Nordwestschweiz ist ein interkantonaler Wirtschaftsraum im Nordwesten der Schweiz. Er umfasst im Wesentlichen die gesamte Grossregion Basel und ist mit dem Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz nahezu deckungsgleich.
Die Nordwestschweiz besteht im engeren und ursprünglichen Sinn aus mehreren Kantonen, die geografisch gesehen eine Einheit bilden. Die natürliche Grenze zu anderen Grossregionen der Schweiz wird durch die Gebirgskette des Juras gebildet.
