Der Stausee Lipno ist ein See im Südwesten der Tschechischen Republik, Teil der Moldau-Kaskade und bildet deren viertälteste und höchstgelegene Stufe. Er befindet sich an der Grenze zu Österreich im Nationalpark und Landschaftsschutzgebiet Böhmerwald im Okres Český Krumlov , nur ein kleiner Ausläufer des Sees im Nordwesten liegt im Okres Prachatice , im Südwesten ein sehr kleiner Teil auf österreichischem Staatsgebiet .
