Deißlingen liegt am Oberlauf des Neckars, etwa sieben Kilometer von der Kreisstadt Rottweil entfernt in der Region Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg. Auf der Gemarkung von Deißlingen befindet sich auch der Staatsbahnhof Trossingen.
Die Gemeinde Deißlingen grenzt im Norden an Zimmern ob Rottweil und Rottweil, im Osten an Aldingen und Trossingen, beide im Landkreis Tuttlingen, im Süden an Villingen-Schwenningen und im Westen an Dauchingen und Niedereschach, alle drei im Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis.
