Twistetal ist eine Gemeinde im nordhessischen Landkreis Waldeck-Frankenberg. Sitz der Gemeindeverwaltung ist Twiste.
Die Gemeinde Twistetal liegt rund 5,8 km südwestlich von Bad Arolsen. Sie wird von einem Abschnitt der Twiste durchflossen, die wenige Kilometer flussabwärts bzw. nordöstlich durch den Twistesee fließt.
