Die Burg Großbodungen, auch Schloss Großbodungen genannt, ist eine ehemalige Wasserburg und späteres Schloss am Haynröderbach im Ortskern der Gemeinde Großbodungen im Landkreis Eichsfeld in Thüringen.
Im Jahr 1461 hat Herzog Wilhelm von Sachsen als Landgraf von Thüringen die Grafen von Hohenstein, Schwarzburg und Stolberg mit den Städten und Schlössern „Lare, Utterode, Elrich, Bodungen und Blicherode“ belehnt. Eine Ausfertigung der Originalurkunde befindet sich im Thüringer Staatsarchiv Rudolstadt und wurde anlässlich des 550. Jahrestags der Ausstellung der Urkunde erstmals in Großbodungen im Original gezeigt. Die Urkunde gilt als erste schriftliche Erwähnung der Burg, wobei ihre Geschichte weiter zurückreicht.
