Nindorf ist eine Gemeinde im Kreis Rendsburg-Eckernförde in Schleswig-Holstein. Farbeberg und Stawedder liegen im Gemeindegebiet.
Nindorf liegt am nordwestlichen Hang des Nindorfer Höhenzuges im Naturpark Aukrug. Neben feuchten Wiesenflächen und lehmigen Ackerböden ist in der Feldmark ein hoher Waldanteil zu verzeichnen. Rendsburg, Neumünster und Itzehoe liegen jeweils etwa 20 bis 25 Kilometer entfernt. Von 1901 bis 1957 war Nindorf Bahnstation der Rendsburger Kreisbahn.
