Nindorf es un municipio en el distrito de Rendsburg-Eckernförde en Schleswig-Holstein. Farbeberg y Stawedder se encuentran en el territorio municipal.
Nindorf está ubicada en la ladera noroeste de la cadena montañosa de Nindorfer en el parque natural de Aukrug. Además de las húmedas praderas y los suelos arcillosos de los campos, hay una alta proporción de bosques en la zona agrícola. Rendsburg, Neumünster e Itzehoe se encuentran a aproximadamente 20 a 25 kilómetros de distancia. Desde 1901 hasta 1957, Nindorf fue una estación de tren de la línea ferroviaria del distrito de Rendsburg.
