Der Vertrag von Xanten, auch Vergleich von Xanten genannt, wurde am 12. November 1614 in Xanten geschlossen. Er brachte im seit 1609 währenden Jülich-Klevischen Erbfolgestreit zwischen Kurfürst Johann Sigismund von Brandenburg und Herzog Wolfgang Wilhelm von Pfalz-Neuburg eine vorläufige Lösung.
