Das Martin-Luther-Gymnasium, kurz „MLG“, ist ein allgemeinbildendes Gymnasium in der Lutherstadt Eisleben. Die Schule ist nach dem Kirchenreformator Martin Luther benannt, der in der Stadt geboren wurde und starb.
Die Gründung des Gymnasiums geht auf Martin Luther selbst zurück. Kurz vor seinem Tod kehrte der Reformator im Januar 1546 in seine Geburtsstadt zurück, um einen Streit der drei Mansfelder Grafen zu schlichten. Dabei erwirkte er am 16. Februar 1546 den Abschluss des Lutherschen Vertrages, der unter anderem die Gründung einer „führnehmen lateinischen Schule“ vorsah. Das erste Schulgebäude befand sich im Pfarrhaus der St. Andreaskirche.
