Der Eltenberg, auch Elterberg oder Eltenerberg genannt, ist ein Hügel bei der deutschen Grenzgemeinde Elten. Elten stammt von altum, was hoch bedeutet.
Der 'Berg' hat eine Höhe von 82,4 Metern. Von den Niederlanden aus ist dieser Hügel unter anderem über einen 'grünen Grenzübergang' zwischen Stokkum und Elten zu erreichen. Dieser Grenzübergang ist ein Landweg, der über die Bundesautobahn 3 führt und für Autos gesperrt ist. Zwischen 1949 und 1963 gehörte der Eltenberg zu den Niederlanden. Geografisch betrachtet ist er nach wie vor ein Teil des hügeligen Waldgebiets Montferland.
