Das Haus liegt im Münchner Stadtteil Thalkirchen in einem Winkel zwischen der Ludwigshöher Straße und der Wolfratshauser Straße. Da zwischen diesen Straßen auf das Eckgrundstück eine Wiese folgt, hat das Haus auch heute noch eine exponierte Lage.
