St. Peter und Paul ist eine katholische Pfarrkirche im historischen Zentrum von Würzburg und Pfarrei im Stadtviertel Sanderau sowie zur Pfarreiengemeinschaft Würzburg Innenstadt gehörig.
Die erste Peter-und-Pauls-Kirche wurde als Pfarrkirche der südlichen Vorstadt Sand in romanischer Zeit erbaut. Sie wurde im Hochmittelalter durch einen gotischen Neubau ersetzt. In den Jahren 1717 bis 1720 entstand, unterstützt durch den Fürstbischof Johann Philipp von Greiffenclau zu Vollraths, nach Plänen des aus Vorarlberg stammenden Joseph Greissing ein barocker Neubau unter Einbeziehung der romanischen Türme und des gotischen Chors. Nach den Kriegszerstörungen im März 1945 wurde St. Peter und Paul im Außenbau originalgetreu wiederhergestellt. Die Ausstattung wurde teilweise restauriert, teilweise durch Stücke anderer Herkunft ergänzt. Von zwischen 1720 und 1740 entstandenen Ausmalungen ist nichts erhalten geblieben.
