Die Pfarrkirche St. Mariä Geburt in Monschau in Nordrhein-Westfalen wurde von 1649 bis 1650 durch die Prämonstratenserpatres des ehemaligen Klosters Reichenstein als erste Pfarrkirche der Gemeinde errichtet. Es handelte sich um einen schmucklosen Saalbau aus rohem Bruchsteinmauerwerk.
Im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert wurde auch die Kirche Nutznießer der wirtschaftlichen Blüte Monschaus durch die Tuchindustrie. Sie erwarb Ausstattungsstücke aus verschiedenen Kirchen wie dem Kloster Reichenstein und dem Trappistenkloster Mariawald. Der silbervergoldete Schrein mit der Reliquie des hl. Liberatus, des Stadtpatrons, wurde 1769 von Anton Reuter angefertigt. Die Kirche gilt als schönstes Bauwerk des Bauernbarock in der Nordeifel.
