Sognekirken St. Mariä Geburt i Monschau i Nordrhine-Westfalen blev bygget af præmonstraterne fra det tidligere kloster Reichenstein fra 1649 til 1650 som den første sognekirke i kommunen. Det var en enkel salgsbygning i groft naturstensmur.
I det 17. og 18. århundrede profiterede også kirken af den økonomiske vækst i Monschau gennem tekstilindustrien. Den erhvervede interiørstykker fra forskellige kirker, såsom klosteret Reichenstein og cistercienserklosteret Mariawald. Den sølvgyldne relikviekasse med relikvien af den hellige Liberatus, byens skytshelgen, blev fremstillet af Anton Reuter i 1769. Kirken betragtes som den smukkeste bygning inden for landbokunsten i Nordeifel.
