Die Friedrich-Ebert-Straße ist eine wichtige Hauptverkehrsstraße in der bergischen Großstadt Wuppertal in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Sie bildet die westliche Verbindung der Elberfelder Innenstadt mit dem Stadtteil Sonnborn. Als Königstraße bildete sie das parallel zur Wupper verlaufende Rückgrat der westlichen Stadterweiterung Elberfelds ab etwa 1820. Ihr östlicher Abschnitt wurde vom Durchgangsverkehr befreit, hier bildet sie eine belebte Einkaufsstraße im Luisenviertel; der westliche Abschnitt ist Teil der Bundesstraßen 7 und 228, die von Wuppertal nach Düsseldorf und Hilden führen. Mit über 150 denkmalgeschützten Gebäuden ist die etwa 3,5 km lange Straße ein bedeutendes Beispiel für die städtebauliche Entwicklung Elberfelds im 19. Jahrhundert.
