Der Schifffahrtsweg Rhein-Kleve ist eine 8,5 km lange Bundeswasserstraße in Nordrhein-Westfalen , für die das Wasser- und Schifffahrtsamt Duisburg-Rhein zuständig ist. Er verbindet das Industriegebiet der Stadt Kleve mit dem Rhein und zählt zur Wasserstraßenklasse III.
Der Schifffahrtsweg Rhein-Kleve besteht aus dem Spoykanal und dem unteren Teil des Griethauser Altrheins. Der Spoykanal beginnt als Bundeswasserstraße am Hafen Kleve mit km 1,78 und mündet im Unterwasser der Schleuse Brienen bei km 4,57 in den Griethauser Altrhein ein. Dieser mündet linksrheinisch mit km 10,24 in den Rhein bei km 863,93, kurz vor der deutsch-niederländischen Grenze. Zum SRK gehört auch der 570 m lange obere Teil des Griethauser Altrheins als sog. sonstige Binnenwasserstraße des Bundes.
