Das Neue Palais ist ein Schloss an der Westseite des Parks Sanssouci in Potsdam. Der Bau wurde 1763 nach Beendigung des Siebenjährigen Krieges unter Friedrich dem Großen begonnen und 1769 fertiggestellt. Es gilt als letzte bedeutende Schlossanlage des Barock in Preußen und als eines der Hauptwerke des Friderizianischen Rokokos. Friedrich hatte es nicht als königliche Residenz geplant, sondern als Schloss für Gäste seines Hofes. Kaiser Wilhelm II. machte das Neue Palais von 1888 bis 1918 zu seinem Hauptwohnsitz.
Das von der Stiftung Preußischer Schlösser und Gärten Berlin-Brandenburg verwaltete Schloss ist als Museum zugänglich. In den Communs, den ehemaligen Wirtschaftsgebäuden, sind Fakultäten und Teile der Verwaltung der Universität Potsdam untergebracht.
