Die Reichsburg Kyffhausen ist eine mittelalterliche Burgruine im Kyffhäusergebirge auf dem 439,7 m ü. NN hohen Kyffhäuserburgberg in der Gemarkung Steinthaleben der Gemeinde Kyffhäuserland unweit der Stadt Bad Frankenhausen im Kyffhäuserkreis, Thüringen, nahe der Grenze zum ebenfalls thüringisch geprägten Teil Sachsen-Anhalts.
Bei der Reichsburg handelt es sich um drei einzelne, durch Abschnittsgräben voneinander getrennte mittelalterliche Befestigungen. Diese Burgen werden Ober-, Mittel- und Unterburg genannt. Bei einer Länge von über 600 und einer Breite von rund 60 Metern bilden sie gemeinsam eine der größten Burganlagen Deutschlands. Zusammen mit dem Burgmuseum und dem im Burggelände befindlichen Kyffhäuserdenkmal ist die Burg eines der am stärksten besuchten Fremdenverkehrsziele in Deutschland, das besonders durch die Barbarossa- oder Kyffhäusersage weithin bekannt ist.
