Die Villa Henckel ist eine zweigeschossige spätklassizistische Turmvilla auf dem Pfingstberg in Potsdam. Sie ist dort Teil des UNESCO-Weltkulturerbes und befindet sich im Besitz der Stiftung Preußische Schlösser und Gärten.
Die Villa steht mit der Anschrift Große Weinmeisterstraße 43 in der Potsdamer Nauener Vorstadt auf dem Pfingstberg. Zusammen mit der Villa Lepsius und der Villa Quandt zählt sie zu den vornehmen Villen dieser Gegend, zum Ensemble gehört aber auch die Villa Schlieffen.
