Christoph 43 ist der im baden-württembergischen Baden-Airpark stationierte Rettungshubschrauber der DRF Luftrettung.
Die Gründung des Luftrettungsstützpunktes Karlsruhe fand am 17. September 1975 statt. Der Flugbetrieb wurde zunächst vom Flugplatz Karlsruhe-Forchheim ausgeführt, bevor man im April 1976 zu den St. Vincentius-Kliniken zog. Bis zur Fertigstellung des Hangars wurde die Maschine zur Nachtruhe weiterhin an den Flugplatz Karlsruhe-Forchheim geflogen. Am 10. Juni 1987, knapp elf Jahre nach Indienststellung von Christoph 43, wurde der Bau des Hangars abgeschlossen.
