Der Bahnhof Neuoffingen ist ein Trennungsbahnhof bei Offingen im Landkreis Günzburg. Der Bahnhof wurde 1876 in Betrieb genommen. Bis 1988 hielten dort Züge des Personenverkehrs.
Durch ein bayerisches Gesetz vom 29. April 1869 wurde der Bau einer Eisenbahnverbindung zwischen Günzburg an der Donau und Donauwörth, die obere Donautalbahn, in Auftrag gegeben. 1873 fiel die Entscheidung zum Bau des Bahnhofs Neuoffingen zwischen Günzburg und Offingen. Der Bahnhof wurde nahe der Eisenbahnbrücke über die Donau, mitten in versumpftem Gelände erbaut, das zuvor den Freiherren von Freyberg gehört hatte. Zum Auffüllen des Geländes wurde ein Hügel bei Offingen abgetragen, an dessen Stelle sich der ehemalige Offinger Sportplatz befindet.
