Alt Rehse ist ein Dorf und Ortsteil der Stadt Penzlin am westlichen Ufer des Tollensesees im Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern . Das Dorfensemble ist als seltenes Beispiel von dörflicher Architektur im Nationalsozialismus architektonisch und historisch einmalig in Deutschland.
Die Gemarkung des Ortsteils grenzt an die Gemeinden Kuckssee, Wulkenzin, Hohenzieritz, die Stadt Penzlin sowie an die Kreisstadt Neubrandenburg.
