Eckelshausen ist ein Stadtteil der Stadt Biedenkopf im mittelhessischen Landkreis Marburg-Biedenkopf. Er liegt im Lahntal zwischen Biedenkopf und dessen Stadtteil Kombach.
Die älteste bekannte schriftliche Erwähnung von Eckelshausen erfolgte unter dem Namen Eckoldishusen im Jahr 1320, „als Volpert von Hohenfels Philipp von Falkenstein eine jährlich Rente auf das Dorf Eckelshausen trägt und sie als Burglehen zurück empfängt“.
