U 11 ist ein deutsches U-Boot der U-Boot-Klasse 205 der Bundeswehr. Es hatte die NATO-Kennung S 190. Seit 2005 ist das Boot als U-Boot Museum Fehmarn im Hafen von Burgstaaken zu besichtigen.
Der Bau erfolgte durch die Kieler Howaldtswerke, die Indienststellung als drittes der zwölf Boote dieser Klasse am 21. Juni 1968. Es legte insgesamt 177.898 Seemeilen zurück, davon 15.530 getaucht. Vom 5. Januar 1987 bis 30. September 1988 erfolgte der Umbau zum Unterwasserzieldarstellungsboot. Dazu erhielt es eine zweite Bootshülle, die den eigentlichen Druckkörper vor Beschädigungen bei versehentlichen Treffern schützen sollte.
