Zunächst geht es durch Wald und Feld, am Landerbach entlang. Vorbei an Reitanlagen und Naturschutzgebieten geht es bis zu dem Hof Wester-Ebbinghaus. Dort fließt der Landerbach in den Oelbach. Von hier aus geht es den Ölbach entlang wieder zurück bis an die Grenzen des Holter Waldes, wo sich das Mühlcafé befindet. Wieder im dichten Forst erreicht man auf abwechslungsreichen Wegen seinen Ausgangspunkt.
