Start des GPX-Tracks zur Tour ist das Freizeitbad in Olpe. Selbstverständlich kann der Einstieg in diese Rundtour jedoch an beliebigen Orten erfolgen.
Diese recht einfache Tour führt größtenteils um den Bigge- und Listersee. Nach dem Verlassen des Seeufers erklimmt man anschließend den Weg nach Hochsiepen. Entlang des Wintersohler Baches gelangt man nach Wintersohl. Anschließend geht es in den letzten Anstieg zur Frenkhauser Höhe, ehe es über die Brachtpe zurück nach Olpe geht.
