Casavieja ist eine Gemeinde in Spanien, die zur Provinz Ávila gehört,[4] in der autonomen Gemeinschaft Kastilien und León. Sie liegt im Süden der Provinz Ávila und gehört zur Region Arenas de San Pedro oder zum Tal des Tiétar. Die Gemeinde hat eine Bevölkerung von 1468 Einwohnern, was sie zur sechzehntgrößten Gemeinde in Bezug auf die Einwohnerzahl in der Provinz Ávila macht. Casavieja liegt an der Südhänge der Sierra de Gredos. Das Patronatsfest der Gemeinde wird zu Ehren von San Bartolomé gefeiert.
