Rocafort de Queralt ist eine spanische Gemeinde in der katalanischen Region der Cuenca de Barberá. Laut Daten von 2017 hatte sie 241 Einwohner. Sie liegt am Ufer des Flusses Vallverd.
Laut Dokumenten aus dem Jahr 1076 gehörte sie Guerau Guitard von Santa Perpetua, der sich um die Wiederbesiedlung kümmerte. Im 13. Jahrhundert war sie im Besitz der Familie Queralt und 1370 wurde die Baronie Rocafort de Queralt gegründet. Sie wechselte mehrmals den Besitzer, bis sie zu Beginn des 16. Jahrhunderts von Joan d'Armengol erworben wurde. Der vorherige Baron war Ferran d'Alemany i de Milà; die Baronie blieb nach seinem Tod, der 1954 stattfand, vakant.
Der aktuelle Baron ist Rafael Cirera i Oller, der den Titel durch Dekret vom 2. Juni 1995 wiederhergestellt hat.
