Sober ist eine spanische Gemeinde mit 2.312 Einwohnern in der Provinz Lugo der Autonomen Gemeinschaft Galicien.Sober liegt am südlichen Rand der Provinz Lugo an der Grenze zur Nachbarprovinz Ourense, ca. 60 Kilometer südlich der Provinzhauptstadt Lugo.
