Der Plaza de Oriente ist ein Platz in der spanischen Hauptstadt Madrid. Der Königspalast, das Opernhaus Teatro Real und das Kloster Real Monasterio de la Encarnación liegen an dem Platz.
Der Platz liegt an der Westseite des Zentrums von Madrid, anders als der Name vermuten lässt. Der Name bezieht sich wahrscheinlich darauf, dass der Platz östlich des Königspalastes liegt. Der Palast wird manchmal auch Palacio de Oriente genannt, nach dem Platz.
