Der Plaza de la Villa ist ein Stadtplatz im zentralen Madrid, Spanien. Der Platz, der an die Calle Mayor grenzt, beherbergt einige der ältesten noch erhaltenen Gebäude der Stadt.
In der Antike war er bekannt als "Plaza de San Salvador", da er in der Nähe der Kirche San Salvador lag, in deren Atrium der primitive Stadtrat tagte. 1463 gewährte Heinrich IV. von Kastilien an Dienstagen einen Markttag auf dem Platz. Das Casa de los Lujanes, das aus dem 15. Jahrhundert stammt, ist das älteste zivile Gebäude in Madrid. Der Tradition nach war der Turm der Ort, an dem Franz I. von Frankreich nach seiner Gefangennahme in der Schlacht von Pavia 1525 gefangen gehalten wurde.
