San Miguel de Cruilles[2] war ein Benediktinerkloster, das Mitte des 11. Jahrhunderts erbaut wurde. Es befindet sich in der Region Bajo Ampurdán in Katalonien.
Es ist im Jahr 1057 dokumentiert, als die Gräfin Ermessenda es dem piemontesischen Kloster San Michele della Chiusa anschloss. Es besaß das Kloster Sant Genís de Rocafort und die Pfarrei Santa Eulalia de Cruilles seit dem Jahr 1144. Während des Krieges der Remensas im Jahr 1485 wurde es geplündert. Im Jahr 1592, als im Kloster niemand mehr als der Prior und ein Mönch übrig war, schlug Papst Clemens VIII. es dem Kloster San Pedro de Galligans zu.
